Britney Spears crazy antics and hard partying ways this last six months look to have caught up with her, with former husband Kevin Federline this week filing for primary physical custody of their two children.
Filed in Los Angeles Superior Court today, the news comes after another busy month of tabloid excess for the singer, during which she crashed her car, was snapped in public several times late at night with 22-month-old Sean Preston as well as countless reports questioning her mental health in interviews, photo shoots and a failed video shoot.
Federline and Spears officially divorced two week ago, agreeing to share custody. Neither side has commented on the report, although Federline has reportedly cited his custody filing is to prevent their two children from being exposed to 'unnecessary risk'.
The pair have two children Sean Preston, and Jayden James, 10 months.
