Playing the dirtier side of Pop/Rock, Lounge Fly are an explosive female-fronted six piece from Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

Despite only being together little more than a year, Lounge Fly have achieved some impressive credits. Debut E.P 'Seven Simple Sins' (released early 2009), received highly favourable local and national press reviews from the likes of NME, Black Velvet Magazine, Organ Magazine, Play Music Pickup, Fuse Magazine, Devolution Magazine, BBC Introducing and air play on over fifty radio stations including Planet Rock (Rick Wakeman's saturday morning show) and Radio 2XS (Ex radio one DJ Jeff Cooper). Their follow-up E.P 'Lap it Up' was released in Oct, along with promotional music video. Live shows LF were invited to play in 2009 included Cambridge University Ball and support for InMe's Dave McPherson solo show, along with numerous festivals around the country.

Collectively the six members also rack up previous credits with bands such as 'Moonfish', 'Mild Mannered Janitors' and 'Double Cross' respectively; including GBOB England Winners 2007, performances on MTV Europe, gigs in some of the best venues in the UK, such as Hammersmith Apollo, Manchester Apollo, Nottingham Rock City, Birmingham Symphony Hall, Camden Underworld and Electric Ballroom, and session work for Sony and numerous signed artists.

Catchy riffs and solid musicianship, infused with darkly ironic lyrics packed into perfect 3 minute pop rock songs. Radio friendly, never bland. Think Juliette and the Licks. Think Paramore. Think Garbage. Think No Doubt. And then stop thinking...

Currently gigging extensively in the UK, Lounge Fly also continue to create a buzz locally in their home town of Cheltenham with strong support from local press and radio.

Lounge Fly are proud to be unsigned with a strong DIY ethic; writing, recording, producing, managing, promoting all songs/graphics/music videos/websites themselves.

They are, however, interested in discussing management and/or distribution opportunities. FOR ALL ENQUIRIES/GIG BOOKINGS PLEASE CONTACT: loungeflyinfo@gmail.com/ 07905438675
