The Snake Eyes story started in the early nineties when their guitarist and keyboardist, who goes by the name of Wizard of Oz, placed an ad in the local paper looking for a bass player. He found one, and The Wizard’s journey began.
Originally going by the name of Snake Bite, his band have had numerous line-up changes in the past decade but today have arrived at a heavy, heavy metal sound that The Wizard can be very pleased with.
Though taking the unsigned route, Snake Eyes have been able to shoot a professional video to their signature tune ‘Wizard’s Curse’, which has been shown regularly on Scuzz TV. Snake Eyes have toured all over the country and once made it to the last eight of Kerrang!’s unsigned live competition. With others songs titled ‘Leather and Metal’ and ‘Ghost of Cortachy’, you get the drift of what we’re dealing with here.
