After playing Bestival on 7 September they come to 93 Feet East (020 7247 3293) on the 11th, while on 3 October they launch their album, Gravity Calling, with a show at The Brady Centre (020 7364 7900) on Brick Lane as part of the Concrete and Glass festival. Then, in November, they play at Islington Bar Academy (020 7288 4400) on the 29th to top their year off.

Gravity Calling is Flipron’s third LP, while they release their double A-side single ‘Book of Lies / Mess It Up ‘ on 15 September. To those not Flipron-savvy, they have been likened to the murky songwritiing of Tom Waits or Syd Barrett, yet are now hell-bent on mainstream success.
