ITAMAR is a distinctive and diverse indie act, actively gigging on the London live music circuit and building noticeable momentum thanks to its radio-friendly and identifiable songs. With characteristic vocals that have drawn numerous comparisons to Morrissey, the similarities that can be drawn to Itamar end there. Weaving startling chord changes and musical ideas into styles ranging from the hard-rock and fierce guitars of Mr. Right through to the calypso-undertones of the band's Demo EP title-piece; Die with Beauty, Itamar's music has generated significant interest on myspace and has already had airing on numerous local radio stations. The band's frontman after which the band draws its name, was born and raised in Israel before coming to the UK to pursue his dream of fame and fortune through music. Originally a solo act, Itamar was later joined by Fabien, Piere and Pete, bringing the musical ideas he had created into the greater dimension that only a four-piece can bring.
