The band lineup you see right now was formed back in December 2006. The core musicians Chris, Patrick, Kalle and Anders, were on the look out for a singer who could live up to their version of Heavy Rock, and for a long time no one presented themselves, or more precisely no one stood up to be counted. Until that is, Jens appeared; young, twisted and soulful, Diamond Drive were born.During their first year Diamond Drive have released the Maggot EP, Early 2007, which was well received. Along with playing across their native Denmark they are rapidly making the UK their second home. An initial tour in October 2007 has been followed by a more productive tour scheduled to take place in February 2008.Now the important part!The music, the music, well what can be said. Diamond Drive's energy is founded in the live experience that creates a powerful, energetic and explosive performance.
