Big Room was formed as an outlet for the guitarist/ vocalist Dave and bass player Graeme to play acoustic songs not suitable for their other musical outing, the rock band Frigorifico. Multi-instrumentalist Andrea and Dave had been playing in a kitchen band for sometime. The band was born one weekend in 2007 and although they often invite musical friends to join them onstage, the trio are the core of the band. The Big Room floor is Americana wood, the walls are various shades of Blues on which pictures of Jazz and Country are hung. Nobody has seen the ceiling in some time...
