Andy (quirk)

"Musical adventures of the quirky and surreal kind"
When I'm not putting together the Hits of the Near Future radio show, compering Turn Off Your TV or teaching small children I write and perform odes to the people and places that surround me in East London. I write songs that take in topics as diverse as internet dating to why Hackney isn't as crap as people say it is.

As well as playing my own shows I have appeared at numerous other nights and venues including Spoonful of Poison, The Library Sessions, Off Broadway and The Abbey Tavern. I'm always looking for more though!

My debut album, "Cupcakes and Council Estates", which includes new versions of previous releases here such as Lindsy Is A Dominatrix, Hackney You're Not So Crap and Mr Nur is available now for any price you'd care to pay (from free to £20 if you really love it!) through Corporate Records. Just head over to:

I'm also here: - where you can find a free copy of A Song For People.

Turn Off your Television Thanks to everyone who's kept Nathan in the top 10, it's great to start 2013 in such a cool way. Another cool development is that I've secured a venue for a new fortnightly open mic night here in London, which also features pre-booked acts.
