A Thousand Lies are a 5-piece Newcastle based heavy rock band. They came together in January 2005 as individuals who all wanted to form a band that was new and exciting, but most of all special. With John Wright providing elaborate, solid drum rhythms and Steve Bagnall complimenting these on bass guitar. Steve Barclay and Andrew Bright on duelling lead guitars and all fronted by lead singer Chris Nesbitt. With hard-edged riffs, blistering solos, memorable melodies and complex arrangements, coupled with the awesome live performances. A Thousand Lies are a force to be reckoned with.
