ABTF have been playing together for over 5 years, taking inspiration from legendry punk bands such as NOFX, The Bouncing Souls, Rise Against and Pennywise. All this time they have been writing, recording and producing their own material with true D-I-Y punk rock spirit.
For the past few years they have gigging solidly all around the South West, building up a strong and dedicated fan base and developing their “Party Punk” style. So far their hard work has earned them supporting slots with bands such as The Dead Pets, Capdown, Leftover Crack, Sonic Boom Six and Random Hand.
In the summer of 2006 ABTF entered into a battle of the bands style competition for Radio 1’s Punk show “THE LOCK UP”. Their track “LIVE FOREVER” was selected by Mike Davies to be short listed for the public vote and went on to grant them the status of overall winners. They received several weeks of Radio 1 airplay and were subsequently asked to open the last ever Wasted Punk Festival at the Winter Gardens Arena in Blackpool.
ABTF are just putting the finishing touches to their 3rd self produced album due for release later this year.
