Born to a Preacher Man father, and a part Cherokee mother in 1963, Tory Amos was somewhat of a child prodigy. Gaining entry to the ‘Peabody Conservatory’ at only 5 years old, she set the stall early on, proving her total passion and determination as a musician. Adopting a more singer-songwriter approach resulted in a move to East West and huge critical acclaim with her first release ‘Little Earthquakes’ Still signed to East west, and still releasing heart-breaking, melancholy records.
